Privacy notice
This page is being updated. For any privacy questions, please email [email protected] and we will respond within five working days.
Until the full notice is published here, you can ask us specifically about:
- What information we collect from contact and newsletter forms.
- How long we retain message history and how to request deletion.
- The third-party services we rely on for email delivery and analytics.
- Your rights under KSA PDPL and EU GDPR if you are based in those jurisdictions.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar browser-storage entries. The essentials keep the site working — they remember whether you have dismissed our cookie banner and protect our forms from automated abuse. Those load on every visit and cannot be disabled while you are using the site.
Beyond the essentials, we ask for your permission before loading any analytics or advertising tags. If you accept, we add Google Tag Manager, which in turn may load Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, and TikTok Pixel — these help us understand which marketing campaigns send us serious enquiries so we can spend our budget responsibly. They store cookies that identify your browser, not you personally. If you decline, none of these tags load and no marketing cookies are written. You can change your mind at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer; the banner will reappear and let you re-choose.
We also use EmailJS to deliver messages from our contact and newsletter forms straight to our inbox. EmailJS receives only the information you typed into the form (name, email, message, optional phone), uses it solely to forward the email, and does not set marketing cookies on your browser.
Under GDPR (EU/UK) and PDPL (Saudi Arabia), you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within the statutory window.
